CyberClerk

The CyberClerk Program was developed in November of 2002.  After a year of research and development, AlphaDog Solutions founder, Michael Melham officially launched the service in October of 2003.  The program was an immediate hit with the general public as well as with local elected officials.   The CyberClerk Program consists of several modules that can be customized for any municipality or government agency.  The program can be a stand-alone website or can be easily integrated into a current web site.  AlphaDog Solutions can also customize new modules as needed.

The CyberClerk Program is more of a service than a product.  Our staff meets regularly with the municipality and updates the website weekly.  This type of hands on service guarantees that your new municipal website will never be outdated.

The CyberClerk Program is a unique opportunity for local governments to begin their online experience.   In most municipalities, the clerk’s office acts as the gateway of communication between the general public and the community.   The clerk’s office also facilitates a large amount of paperwork on behalf of municipal administrators, elected officials, and appointed professionals.  The following website program was designed to foster effective communication between the municipal clerk’s office and every entity that it comes in contact with.
