CyberClerk
The CyberClerk Program was developed in November of 2002. After a year of
research and development, AlphaDog Solutions founder, Michael Melham officially
launched the service in October of 2003. The program was an immediate hit
with the general public as well as with local elected officials. The CyberClerk
Program consists of several modules that can be customized for any municipality
or government agency. The program can be a stand-alone website or can be easily
integrated into a current web site. AlphaDog Solutions can also customize
new modules as needed.
The CyberClerk Program is more of a service than a product. Our staff meets
regularly with the municipality and updates the website weekly. This type
of hands on service guarantees that your new municipal website will never be outdated.
The CyberClerk Program is a unique opportunity for local governments to begin their
online experience. In most municipalities, the clerk’s office acts as the
gateway of communication between the general public and the community. The
clerk’s office also facilitates a large amount of paperwork on behalf of municipal
administrators, elected officials, and appointed professionals. The following
website program was designed to foster effective communication between the municipal
clerk’s office and every entity that it comes in contact with.
Founder
Michael Melham has a firm understanding of local government as well as Internet
technology. In 1997, Melham was hired by the County of Essex to manage its public
information and oversee the County’s official website. While serving as the Webmaster
for the County of Essex, Melham developed many modules and maintenance protocols
for maintaining government web sites.
In May 2000, and, at the age of 25, Melham was elected to the Belleville Township
Council making him the youngest elected official in the State of New Jersey. Melham
has since used his fast knowledge of local government and information technology
to develop custom software and programs to help municipalities enter the information
age.
Michael Melham is currently working towards a Master’s Degree at the Edward J. Bloustein
School of Planning and Public Policy, home of the Rutgers Center for Government
Services. Adding to his accolades and awards, in November of 2005, Melham was voted
one of NJ BIZ’s Forty rising stars under the age of 40.
